Our comprehensive quality management approach ensures that we achieve the highest levels of quality for our products and services.
We carry the RG 797 seal, the only QM seal of quality for engine remanufacturing issued by the German RAL (Institute for Quality Assurance & Labeling). We are a member of Gütegemeinschaft der Motoreninstandsetzungsbetriebe in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. e.V. (Association of Quality Engine Remanufacturers in Germany).
And we possess the following certifications:
• DIN ISO systems: QM certification from NIS CERT pursuant to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standards
• OEM quality systems: TS 16949, VDA 6.1, QS 9000, Q1 supplier for Ford, A-dealer status Volkswagen
We naturally comply with specific OEM quality standards that supersede the aforementioned QM systems, for instance those at Deutz, Toyota, Nissan, Daimler, etc. Our partners regularly verify these quality requirements. Moreover, we supplement this with an in-house QM color coding system designed to minimize errors through visualization of various sequences of the remanufacturing process.
Last but not least, we also care about our environment
Remanufacturing is product recycling per se. Therefore, environment management is a key part of our quality assurance program that encompasses:
• Environmental certification pursuant to the DIN EN ISO 14001 standard
• Closed-loop wastewater/gray water lines in our operations
• Use of organic oil/grease solvents, Safety Clean products
