For example, under contract to automotive manufacturers we deliver directly to dealers and assume the importer's responsibility by taking care of old parts, procuring new ones, sales, marketing, and even the logistics aspects. Upon request, we serve as an extended workbench and take care of a new vehicle's warranty for our customers by assessing the damage, writing reports, picking up the damaged components, plus evaluation and damage reports. Moreover, we handle reconditioning of parts or full-scale remanufacturing, returns, reports to the importer or manufacturer, statistical analysis, etc.
You can depend on us, whether you need all these services or not. For instance, we can pick up and deliver your vehicle to save the workshop valuable time. In fact, we take care of stationary or agricultural equipment/units on-site.
